Who We Are | Young Executives for Success (Y.E.S!)
Founded in 2005, Young Executives for Success (Y.E.S!) is a volunteer branch of Dress for Success that provides its members with volunteer, fundraising and networking opportunities to champion the mission of Dress for Success. There are presently Y.E.S! groups in New York City, where the program was launched, Chicago, Delaware, Halifax (Nova Scotia, Canada) Indianapolis, Memphis, Morris County (NJ), Pittsburgh, Seattle and Vancouver, BC (Canada). In New York City, Y.E.S! members represent a variety of industries including but not limited to, fashion, beauty, media and finance. Members of Y.E.S! are typically women ages 26+, but membership is non-exclusive, and we welcome the interests of passionate and professional women in the NYC area. Members make an annual tax deductible donation of $125 and participate in the "Call to Action" project.
Members of Y.E.S! in New York City receive:
- Professional and social networking opportunities with representatives of a diverse range of major companies.
- Invitations to all Y.E.S! events which feature programs and guest speakers (e.g., in-store events, cocktail receptions and professional development workshops).
- The opportunity to volunteer as part of the annual Call to Action project that is tailored to members' specific talents and interests.
