Dress for Success is committed to providing a broad range of quality services to our clients, and we are able to supplement our own programs by partnering with other not-for-profit organizations. Together, Dress for Success and our strategic partners can achieve goals that neither of us can attain alone. AmeriCorps*VISTA
Established in 1965, AmeriCorps*VISTA (Volunteers in Service to America) has given more than 14,000 full-time volunteers the opportunity to serve at non-profit, faith-based and public agencies. With projects throughout the country, VISTA members create and expand programs that build capacity to ultimately bring low-income individuals and communities out of poverty. Since August 2001, Dress for Success VISTA members have helped achieve the goals of their host affiliates, allowing these sites to serve more disadvantaged women in their respective cities.

BorrowSmart
The BorrowSmart Education Foundation was established in 2001 to provide consumers with the basic educational resources on home buying and equity borrowing. It provides customized training, education kits, counselor services and more through its four main empowerment areashome ownership retention, foreclosure prevention, financial literacy and economic empowerment. As a result of BorrowSmarts partnership with Dress for Success Worldwide, Professional Womens Groups members will now be able to improve their understanding of and begin the process of becoming homeowners.

A Hand UP Coaching
Career coaching can be a useful yet costly resource as a woman navigates her way in the workplace and moves up in her career. A Hand UP Coaching (AHUC) matches volunteer expert coaches with our Professional Women's Group members to provide three valuable months one-on-one of weekly coaching. All professional coaches are certified in accredited programs and trained to tailor their coaching to the women with whom they work.

FranklinCovey
FranklinCovey, a global leader in effectiveness training, productivity tools and assessment services, is pleased to partner with Office Depot as an Empowerment Sponsor of Dress for Success. To enhance their corporate mission of "enabling greatness in people and organizations everywhere," FranklinCovey will offer a training workshop at the 2006 Success Summit. The company also is donating 1,000 seats (a $250,000 value) to be used before July of 2007 for eligible Dress for Success Professional Women's Group members to attend FranklinCovey's FOCUS: Achieving Your Highest Priorities workshop. As a result of FranklinCovey's overall contribution, Dress for Success Professional Women's Group members will learn how to increase their productivity levels both professionally and personally as they work toward self-sufficiency and success.

National Endowment for Financial Education
As part of its Collaborative Programs area, the National Endowment for Financial Education (NEFE) works with national organizations to offer financial literacy resources to communities in need. Dress for Success Worldwide and NEFE joined forces to create Steps to Success: A Guide to Success in the Workplace, a 64-page work-survival skills booklet. This take-home resource includes tips on what to do the night before starting a new job, how to meet new coworkers on the first day and how to manage new finances, among many other topics. This guide is an invaluable career development tool that will enable women to start their jobs on the right track.

The Project for Financial Independence
The Project for Financial Independence provides pro bono personal financial advice to members of the public who are unable to afford a financial advisor or are facing an immediate or unusual monetary need or crisis. Established to increase awareness and instill an understanding of the benefits of economic planning among all members of the public, it encourages its advisors to empower clients with basic money-management skills and knowledge to the greatest extent possible.
The Project for Financial Independence teams up with non-profit organizations who serve a disadvantaged client population. As a strategic partner, Dress for Success facilitates the involvement of its constituents in these programs to ensure that those with the greatest need are made aware of the financial assistance that may be available to them free of charge.

Smiles For Success
Smiles For Success offers cost-free dental care to low-income women who have graduated from job readiness and placement programs other community-based agencies, religious institutions or rehabilitative systems. Through this service many of our Professional Women's Group members have received top-notch treatment from volunteer dentists. In addition to feeling more confident about their appearance, participants learn the importance of long-term dental care and oral health. Members from the American Association of Women Dentists established the Smiles For Success Foundation in 1995.
