NIECY NASH GAVE KEYNOTE ADDRESS AT DRESS FOR SUCCESS
EVENT CELEBRATING WOMEN
New York, NY—December 17, 2008
Actress and star of two television shows, Niecy Nash
addressed more than 450 guests at the Women Helping
Women breakfast today benefiting Dress for Success
Worldwide in New York City. Serving as host of The
Style Network's highest-rated show "Clean House," Ms. Nash has
fulfilled her childhood dream of being "fabulous on TV."
The annual event supports the Professional Women's Group
(PWG), the employment retention and career development
program of Dress for Success, providing women with a network
of support, practical information, and the inspiration to
achieve self-defined success in their career and life.
This year, Dress for Success recognized the 15 graduates of
its inaugural Financial Literacy Program. This 10-part
seminar series helps PWG members make meaningful changes in
their financial lives and achieve their financial goals.
In addition, scholarships were awarded to PWG members to
further their education. A portion of the ticket sales
was directed to the PWG Educational Fund.
Dress for
Success also honored WITI, Women in Technology
International, for the exemplary support they have shown to
Dress for Success and for embodying the ideal of "women
helping women."

York come together to share in the success of our clients
and to celebrate their extraordinary accomplishments."
lia sophia was on hand to sell a select jewelry piece with
proceeds benefiting Dress for Success. In addition, signed
copies of Bobbi Brown Makeup Manual: For Everyone from
Beginner to Pro were sold with a portion of the proceeds
benefiting Dress for Success. Event benefactors
included Bobbi Brown Cosmetics, Diageo, FedEx Corporation
and Gap Inc.
