THE PALM GIVES ITS GUESTS A TASTE OF SUCCESS; LEGENDARY RESTAURANT GROUP TO RAISE A MINIMUM OF $25,000 FOR DRESS FOR SUCCESS

As Part of its PalmCares Philanthropic Program, The Palm Kicks Off National Fundraising Alliance with Dress for Success by Donating 10% of Proceeds From New Salads and "Women in Wine" Menu Throughout September and October


WASHINGTON, D.C., August 23, 2007
The Palm Restaurant (www.thepalm.com), the nation's classic American steak house, today announced a national fundraising alliance with Dress for Success Worldwide that will feature the launch of a new menu of "Dressed" for Success lunch entrée salads created by Palm Executive Chefs. Additionally, The Palm will introduce nine "Women in Wine" vintage selections, presented by influential women in the wine industry. The new menu will be available across Palm Restaurant locations nationwide throughout the months of September and October. The Palm also announced that it will host special events at a number of its locations to help generate funding for local Dress for Success affiliates. The partnership is part of PalmCares, a philanthropic program that reflects the company's commitment to generosity by supporting local and nationally recognized nonprofit organizations that address issues of empowerment, hunger, health awareness and equality.

The Palm will donate 10% of all proceeds from these new menu items to Dress for Success Worldwide, with a minimum annual donation of $25,000. The program will help Dress for Success in its mission to promote the economic independence of women by providing professional attire, a support network and career development skills to help them succeed in work and in life.
