The Professional Women’s Group Success Summit is a three day conference exclusively for Professional Women’s Group members (delegates) and Professional Women’s Group coordinators to develop leadership capabilities through networking, learning new professional skills and by exploring the topics surrounding employment retention and advancement in the workplace.  The Professional Women’s Group Success Summit requires its attendees to take on a charge locally and on behalf of Dress for Success.

The Success Summit provides delegates and coordinators with the tools needed to successfully lead their local Professional Women’s Group programming, to mobilize additional resources in their communities and to bring awareness to a local community initiative—the delegate’s Community Action Project. 

The Professional Women’s Group Success Summit trains our Professional Women’s Group coordinators on employment trends and on the skills necessary to implement cutting edge employment retention programming.  For the delegates, the Success Summit is a valuable resource for advancing one’s position in the workplace and in life.  Both the coordinators and the delegates are selected to attend the Success Summit and each individual proudly represents her affiliate throughout the weekend.

The 6th annual Success Summit was held July 30 – August 1, 2010 at the Hotel Palomar in Chicago.
