Conferences | Annual Affiliate Conference
Dress for Success Worldwide holds a leadership conference
every year to provide our affiliates an opportunity to discuss
common rewards and challenges, learn from experts and become
re-energized in their work. Through workshops, panels and
discussion groups, representatives from our locations around
the world leave the meeting more equipped and inspired to
increase their outreach to the women who need their services.
This event has been held six times in New York City, in Tampa
Bay, FL (2000), in Cleveland, OH (2004), in Houston, TX (2006)
in Atlanta, GA (2008) and most recently Washington DC (2010).
The 2010 conference,
New Decade, New Direction: Capitalizing On Our Shared
Resources and Strengths,
took place at the Westin Grand in Washington DC from June 27th -
30th. This was our largest conference ever, with more than 150
delegates from 84 affiliates representing 9 countries
attending this
year's event.
Although the annual leadership conference is for Dress for Success affiliates only, there are opportunities for sponsors, volunteers and speakers to get involved. If you would like to learn more
