Personal stylists have a love for fashion, a great sense of style and would enjoy helping others to look their best.

They also help to keep our lovely "boutique-office" environment clean and tidy and keep busy between dressings, sorting and cleaning donated garments.

Relieving stylist

If you have the attributes described above for our regular personal stylist position - but are perhaps  less frequently available - consider helping us as a trained casual reliver in the week or during school holidays.

We are currently seeking applications for relief stylist postions

Hours of Work:
Join our on-call roster to cover 4 hour shifts during the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday or Saturdays, to cover sickness and holidays. We particularly need people who can be available during school holidays.
 
Type of Work:
Identifying just the right look for your client and building their confidence
Sorting donated clothing
Responding to enquiries from referrers and supporters
Contributing to simple housekeeping and administrative tasks
 
Key Skills:
                    
Able to work with clients in a caring, non-judgemental and professional manner. 
A “team player” who is honest, flexible and reliable.
Able to complete forms and assist with daily housekeeping tasks, including answering the telephone.
An interest in, and experience with, clothing and style.
 
Ministry of Justice clearance (Police Check) will be required.

We are looking for relieving volunteer stylists to join the crew.

job descriptions
Our personal stylists usually commit to 4 hours per week working in our boutique. Their responsibilities include; assisting clients with dressings, general paperwork, answering the phones, house keeping and assistance with supporter activities.

We have a warm and inviting atmosphere with a strong team focus.  A sense of humour is a must, as is a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in!!
