Dress for Success Northwest Minnesota is a volunteer-based operation dependent upon volunteers in our communities working together to deliver programs and services to disadvantaged women. Without volunteers, we would not be able to fulfill our mission.

job descriptions | | Here are some of the volunteer positions we are in need of.
Personal Shopper
As a personal shopper, you'd primarily be engaging with a woman, the Dress for Success Northwest Minnesota client, one-on-one, in finding the professional apparel she can be comfortable in and that is most suitable for her job. Your personal touch and respect will empower a woman to project that assurance her outfit does.
Merchandiser
Do you have a talent or interest in fashion? We need your eye for detail! As a merchandiser you would make the important decision of which clothing to set aside that is business appropriate and should be put out for our clients to choose from. The clothing you choose is part of the impression a woman achieves at an interview and at the workplace.
Donations Coordinator
We need of people who would like to maintain relations with the businesses that act as donation drop-off sites and those businesses who are donors themselves. In addition to meeting new people, you would be handling the donations from the business to the Fargo Boutique. Working in groups would be an ideal scenario and is all the more fun! Invite your friends, family, colleagues to join in!
