Dress for Success Indianapolis just held it's annual Send One Suit - Week Drive during the week of April 16 through April 20, 2012. Drives are organized by an individual at a local business, place of worship or organization. These individuals lead an on-site collection with their co-workers, associates, family or friends to collect 1 suit, 1 blouse and 1 gift from each person to benefit Dress for Success Indianapolis. The suits, blouses and monetary contributions secured from each drive allow Dress for Success Indianapolis to empower women in our community to be economically independent and thrive in work and life. On average, about 40% of Dress for Success Indianapolis’ annual suit needs are met through S.O.S. - Week donations. All suits, blouses, and financial contributions go directly toward empowering women to achieve self-sufficiency and success.

2012 S.O.S. - Week was our most successful ever!! There were 76 drive hosts which collected over 15,000 units of clothing in just 1 week. To top it all off we had 20 volunteers sort and process all the donations in just 3 hours. It only took 6 volunteers an additional 3 hours to fill the boutique with all the amazing donations.
