|   | Bringing Dress for Success to Dublin—and offering women throughout the city and surrounding areas access to our services—has long been a priority for the Worldwide office. We know that there are thousands of women in Ireland who could benefit from our suiting, employment retention and career development programs.
A grassroots organization, Dress for Success is seeking passionate, committed and enthusiastic individuals—working either alone or collaborating as a group—who want to establish Dress for Success in Dublin to positively impact the lives of women working towards both economic independence and brighter futures for themselves and their families.
The Dress for Success mission resonates in cultures and communities across the globe because it is about so much more than suits—it is about changing women's lives. While our affiliates must adhere to our model, they also can tailor their services in response to local cultures and needs. Still, starting a non-profit is just like starting any business. It can be challenging, demanding and time-consuming, even overwhelming at times. But the rewards of seeing women realize their full potential, gain self-confidence and attain their dreams—thriving in work and in life as a result—are immeasurable.

Support from the community is always essential for the success of any affiliate—from the start-up phase on. If you live in Dublin and want to help bring Dress for Success to the city—by donating your time, equipment or other resources—please send an e-mail to worldwide@dressforsuccess.org. We will keep your name on file and, once we have an application pending for Dublin, will connect you with any candidate from the area. General questions can be sent to us at that address as well.

Unfortunately, without an affiliate in Dublin we cannot provide services to women or accept clothing donations. However, we do hope that will soon change and Dress for Success will be able to offer support and services to the women of Dublin!
