Originally founded in 2005, Young Executives for Success (Y.E.S!) is a volunteer branch of Dress for Success that provides its members with volunteer, fundraising and networking opportunities to champion the mission of Dress for Success. There are presently Y.E.S! groups in New York City, where the program was launched, Chicago, Delaware, Indianapolis, Louisville, Memphis, Morris County (NJ), Pittsburgh, Seattle, Vancouver, BC (Canada), and now in North Carolina in the Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill area known as the Triangle!

Y.E.S! members receive many benefits as part of their membership including (but not limited to!):
- Professional and social networking opportunities with representatives of a diverse range of major companies.
- Invitations to all Y.E.S! events which feature programs and guest speakers (e.g., in-store events, cocktail receptions and professional development workshops).
- The opportunity to volunteer with specific projects for our Dress for Success - Triangle NC parent organization, that are tailored to members' specific talents and interests.
