Founded in 2005, Young Executives for Success (Y.E.S!) provides its members with volunteer, fundraising and networking opportunities to champion the mission of Dress for Success.

Young Executives for Success is composed of female professionals from varying industries who share the common goal of promoting awareness and raising funds for Dress for Success. Currently, our New York Y.E.S! chapter boasts an impressive 75 members comprised of women in industries including fashion, public relations, finance, beauty, media and more. Thanks to the hard working efforts of all Y.E.S! members, the group raised over $10,000 through membership donations and event driven fundraising in 2009.

Y.E.S! is not only a great way to support the important efforts of Dress for Success (DFS), but it's also a wonderful opportunity to network with fabulous women who share an interest in improving the lives of those who need it most. 

With an annual tax-deductible donation of $50 (100% of which supports Dress for Success), members of Y.E.S! receive professional and social networking opportunities, invitations to all Y.E.S! and DFS events featuring great programs and guest speakers, as volunteer opporunties which directly support the women who Dress For Success serves.

Summer Kick-Off Party with the Career Gear Associate Board
Y.E.S!, CGAB members and friends enjoyed a night of networking for two great causes. Combined with ticket sales and the raffle, over $7,000 was raised on behalf of Dress for Success & Career Gear! Many thanks to all guests for supporting our organizations.

Y.E.S! members and friends enjoyed complimentary cocktails and sweet treats while they received a makeup touch-up compliments of Bobbi Brown Cosmetics or a manicure compliments of 'Cure Beauty Bar.
