We are passionate about empowering the amazing women of Central Ohio. All of our services are free of charge to every woman we serve.

Our Mission is to promote the economic independence of disadvantaged women by providing professional attire, a network of support and the career development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.

Since beginning to assist disadvantaged women
re-entering the workforce in 2007, we have been blessed with the opportunity to assist women in our community who are beginning their journey to self-sufficiency. We rely on the financial contributions, in-kind donations and volunteer efforts of individuals and companies around the region who are committed to helping women take charge of their lives, acheiving positive change within our community.

In honor of Dress for Success founder Nancy Lublin, annually our Worldwide headquarters presents an award to affiliates who achieve outstanding growth.
